March 26, 2026 – Cloocus (CEO Steve Hong, www.cloocus.com), a cloud specialist company focused on data and artificial intelligence (AI), officially unveiled its enterprise AI platform ClooSphere at Microsoft AI Tour Seoul.

The announcement is gaining attention as a strategic move to address practical challenges that arise during the operational phase of enterprise AI adoption and to expand AI business models from implementation-focused projects to operational and managed services.

While enterprises are rapidly expanding their adoption of generative AI, many face significant challenges in real-world operations, including security and governance, data control, response quality management, and cost optimization. In particular, issues such as the proliferation of unauthorized AI use (Shadow AI), data leakage risks, and AI hallucinations have emerged as critical risks that must be addressed in enterprise environments.

Through extensive experience delivering enterprise AI projects, Cloocus identified these challenges firsthand and developed ClooSphere to meet the growing need for a platform that enables secure, sustainable, and controllable AI operations.

ClooSphere is an enterprise-grade AI platform designed with post-deployment operations in mind, centered on establishing robust AI governance. It provides capabilities such as role-based access control (RBAC), guardrails and content filtering, and audit log–based tracking to help organizations control AI usage while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

In addition, the platform enhances practical business applicability through features such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and workflow-based automation, while ensuring scalability through integration with multiple large language models (LLMs) and external systems.

Building on the launch of ClooSphere, Cloocus plans to further strengthen its integrated service competitiveness based on its core strength as a Global AI Managed Service Provider (MSP). Beyond the AI platform itself, Cloocus delivers end-to-end services encompassing cloud-based data management, infrastructure operations, and security. The company operates a 24×7 global delivery model supported by regional hubs in Korea, Malaysia, Japan, and the United States.

Cloocus also plans to expand globally through channel strategies such as listing ClooSphere on the Microsoft Marketplace, extending its AI platform and operational services to international markets. Through this approach, the company aims to evolve its business beyond project-based engagements toward a sustainable, operations-focused AI service model.

“AI has moved beyond simple adoption—how securely and effectively enterprises operate and govern AI is now the true source of competitive advantage,” said Steve Hong, CEO of Cloocus.

“ClooSphere is an essential enterprise AI platform that integrates governance, security, control, and auditing, enabling organizations to use AI in a trustworthy and responsible manner. Building on this foundation, Cloocus will continue to strengthen its role as a Global AI MSP, helping enterprises scale AI sustainably and translate it into tangible business outcomes.”

Following the official launch of ClooSphere, Cloocus plans to promote standardization of its AI platform for global customers and further expand its AI operations services. The company will continue to strengthen its integrated offerings across industries, supporting enterprises throughout the entire AI lifecycle—from initial adoption to long-term operations.
