September 18, 2026 – Cloocus (www.cloocus.com, CEO Hong Sung-wan), a cloud and AI management specialist, announced today that it is strengthening its cloud and AI adoption and operations services to expand small and medium-sized businesses’ (SMBs) use of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Copilot.

As enterprises expand their use of cloud and AI, the importance of overall operations management — including cost management, security, and operational stability — is also growing. For SMBs in particular, which often have limited dedicated IT personnel and operational resources, working with a specialized technology partner for technical consulting and operations services enables more systematic management, from technical review during the adoption stage to cost optimization, operations management, and incident response.

Cloocus provides technical consulting and cloud operations services to both new Azure customers and companies currently purchasing and using Azure directly. Cloocus analyzes each customer’s usage environment and cost structure to propose more efficient operational approaches, and, where needed, helps customers transition to the CSP model, which allows integrated management of licensing and cloud operations.

Specifically, new Azure purchase customers will receive a 10% payback benefit under certain conditions. Existing customers who purchase Azure directly and transition to the CSP model can access a full range of specialized cloud operations services, including cost optimization consulting, technical support, operations status management, and incident response.

Cloocus also offers services for companies seeking to expand their use of generative AI. For customers who place particular importance on enterprise governance — including security, data management, and user permissions — Cloocus provides enterprise AI environment build services based on Azure OpenAI, proposing architecture design and operational approaches that take into account the customer’s existing IT and security environment.

Microsoft Copilot offerings focus on practical, real-world business use. New purchase customers will receive discounts of up to 25% and additional license benefits under certain conditions. In addition, a free trial prior to adoption allows companies to use Copilot directly in their actual work environments, enabling them to verify its applicability and adoption benefits within their organization in advance.

Through these benefits and specialized services, Cloocus aims to lower the barriers to Azure and Copilot adoption for SMBs, while leveraging its Microsoft cloud expertise and partner network to expand customers’ cloud and AI utilization. Cloocus also plans to work with partners to broaden its reach among SMB customers and continue to identify business opportunities related to Azure and Copilot.

Lee Seok-won, Head of Indirect Business Sales at Cloocus, said, “As SMBs expand their use of cloud and AI, the role of a specialized technology partner capable of managing cost, security, and operations together is becoming increasingly important. Building on our Microsoft cloud expertise and partner network, Cloocus will continue to provide a range of adoption and operations services and benefits to help SMBs adopt and utilize Azure and Copilot more stably and efficiently.”

This promotional offer is available through October 30, and further details and eligibility criteria can be found on the Cloocus website.
