The Challenge
The customer was using AWS, but was experiencing numerous difficulties such as resource management, security issues, OS and DB engines that had expired from EOS due to lack of professional operation personnel.
In addition, in a situation where infrastructure needed to be improved and optimized to accommodate increasing traffic, the problem requirements were resolved one by one through Clucus Managed Service.
AWS role
One of the advantages of AWS cloud services is that the DB engine can be reliably upgraded. The customer wanted to use the version of EOS he was using and improve performance issues.
Clucus was able to easily and stably upgrade the DB version after completing sufficient verification by setting up a test environment to replicate the current environment.

The customer completed re-architect with an infrastructure that significantly reduced TCO while ensuring availability and scalability through continuous support through a Managed Service contract.
