Cloocus (CEO Hong Seong-wan), a cloud and AI managed services company, announced that it will take part in K-ICT Week in Busan, to be held at BEXCO in Busan from September 9 to 11.

K-ICT Week in Busan is a comprehensive technology exhibition featuring three co-located events — AI Korea, Cloud Expo Korea, and IT Expo Busan — showcasing next-generation technologies. At the event, Cloocus will unveil a public sector-specialized AIOps platform built on NAVER Cloud infrastructure and present concrete strategies for advancing AI transformation (AX) within public institutions.

While AI adoption in the public sector has accelerated in recent years, organizations continue to face challenges stemming from fragmented data environments, stringent security regulations, and the complexity of integrating AI with existing systems. Because service disruptions in public-sector AI applications can directly affect administrative operations, a high level of operational stability is also essential.

As a premium partner of NAVER Cloud, Cloocus combines NAVER Cloud’s public sector-specialized infrastructure with its proprietary AIOps platform. The solution provides end-to-end support — from secure infrastructure deployment and data refinement to AI service implementation, operation, and continuous improvement — within a single, integrated platform.

The AIOps platform first collects diverse data from within a public institution and refines it into a format suitable for AI use. It also applies a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline, enabling AI responses to be generated based on the institution’s internal data and ensuring greater response reliability.

The structured data is then used to build AI services tailored to each institution’s needs. A No-Code agent builder allows staff to develop the AI services they require without specialized technical expertise. Completed services can be integrated with existing systems via API, allowing institutions to leverage their current IT assets while expanding AI adoption incrementally, starting with priority tasks.

Once deployed, each AI service is continuously optimized based on data accumulated through real-world use, maximizing its practical value over time.

Cloocus has also strengthened the platform’s security and stability — critical requirements for public institutions. The platform leverages NAVER Cloud’s infrastructure, which holds major domestic security certifications including ISMS and CSAP, to meet public-sector security standards, while a high-availability infrastructure framework minimizes the risk of system failure or downtime.

Beyond providing the platform itself, Cloocus plans to offer end-to-end support across the entire AI transformation journey — from consulting on AI adoption to implementation, operation, and technical support. Drawing on years of expertise as an AI managed service provider (MSP), the company aims to help organizations scale AI adoption from individual tasks to enterprise-wide implementation.

Throughout the event, Cloocus will operate a booth offering live demonstrations of the new AIOps platform’s key features and use cases. The company will also provide in-depth consultations for officials evaluating AI adoption, offering practical guidance for advancing AI transformation within public institutions.
