Cloocus participated in “K-ICT Week in Busan 2026,” held at BEXCO in Busan from September 9 to 11.
At this event, Cloocus ran a booth and had the opportunity to discuss a wide range of topics related to AI adoption and operation in public institutions.

At the booth, we ran live demos centered on real-world use case scenarios, helping visitors quickly grasp and experience the platform’s core features firsthand.

🪄 Needs We Heard from Public Institutions On-Site

Beyond the live demos, the booth also hosted a customized AI adoption consultation event. Many visitors came to us with real, practical concerns and questions about AI adoption.

Through these on-site consultations, we confirmed that public institutions’ interest is deepening—shifting from simply “which AI should we adopt” to “how should we utilize and operate it after adoption.”

In particular, rather than a full system overhaul, institutions preferred gradual AI feature expansion that integrates with existing work systems and data assets. And above all, given the public sector’s emphasis on “stability” and “security,” there was strong demand for sustainable operations management with no service interruptions.

These market needs aligned closely with the core features of the AIOps platform Cloocus showcased at this event.

Thanks to these conversations, we were able to deeply empathize with visitors’ concerns and discuss the direction for successful AI transformation together—it was a truly meaningful time. 😊
