[Press] Shinhan Securities Builds Next-Generation AI Agent Platform on Google Cloud

Cloocus participated as the implementation partner for Shinhan Securities’ next-generation AI agent platform built on Google Cloud.
As part of the project, Cloocus supported the technical implementation of the Google Cloud-based infrastructure and platform, including system integration and connectivity.
Through the new platform, Shinhan Securities has established a foundation for applying generative AI to real-world financial operations.
The platform leverages Google Cloud technologies, including Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and BigQuery, and has been designed to meet the security requirements and network separation environments of the financial industry.
In particular, Shinhan Securities applied AI agents to the processing of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives contracts, reducing a task that previously took approximately two hours to around five minutes. Going forward, the company plans to expand agent-based business automation across other processes suitable for automation.
