In 2025, Cloocus proudly marked its 6th anniversary. On December 5, as the year drew to a close, all employees gathered for a Town Hall Meeting to reflect on our journey to date and align on the direction ahead.
The event opened with a keynote video, followed by a welcome address from our CEO. This session provided an opportunity to revisit Cloocus’ growth and milestones, while clearly articulating our strategic vision and priorities for the future.
This Town Hall Meeting was also held as a global event, bringing together team members from our Malaysia office. With the support of real-time AI-powered translation subtitles, all participants were able to engage with and share a unified message, reinforcing alignment and connection across regions. 😊
🤖 Cloocus: Advancing Toward a Global AI MSP
During a session dedicated to strategic vision sharing across borders, our CEO outlined Cloocus’ next-generation MSP strategy centered on ClooSphere, our AI-agent–driven multi-cloud managed services platform.

This session marked a meaningful moment in which all employees gained a shared understanding of Cloocus’ next chapter and genuinely resonated with its vision for the future. ✨
🧩 One Vision, Aligned Across Roles and Regions
This was followed by vision presentations from key teams across the organization. Leaders including Jungpil Yang, Head of Sales; Shinyoung Kim, Head of Data & AI; Daehwan Kim, Head of the Microsoft Tech Center & Managed Service Center; Junho Jung, Team Lead of the GCP Tech Center; Junho Jang, Team Lead of the NCP Tech Center; Wayne Hong, Team Lead of the Cyber Security Center; and Josh Ha, Head of the Malaysia Office, who joined from overseas, took the stage. Each leader shared the year’s key achievements and discussed their goals and priorities as Cloocus looks ahead to 2026.
🔥 Fireside Chat: Building Closer Connections Through Open Dialogue
The Fireside Chat that followed served as a forum for open communication, centered on questions from Cloocus employees, where topics ranged from everyday inquiries to discussions on the company’s future direction. 😊
🏆 Talent Values – Celebrating Excellence Through P.I.E and Internal Recognition
One of the key highlights of this Town Hall Meeting was the P.I.E Awards Ceremony.
P.I.E represents Cloocus’ core talent values—Proactive, Innovative, and Enjoyable—recognizing individuals who take initiative, drive innovation, and contribute to a positive and engaging work culture.
The awards were determined through a company-wide vote conducted via our internal groupware, further reinforcing their significance. Selected directly by their peers, Changwon Lee, Changbae Heo, and Wookhee Ha were recognized as individuals who most strongly embody the spirit of Cloocus, earning enthusiastic applause from across the organization. 👏
This was followed by the presentation of the Appreciation Awards, recognizing individuals selected through ongoing peer acknowledgment and recognition. Honored for consistently being at the center of collaboration and earning the trust and appreciation of their colleagues in day-to-day work, Eunpyo Lee, Jin Lee, and Junho Jang were named as this year’s recipients.
🎁 Closing the Day with Laughter and Anticipation
The event concluded with a Lucky Draw session, featuring a variety of games and prize drawings that further energized the atmosphere. Special recognition is due to Team Lead Jihee Lee and Part Lead Hwanhwi Cho, whose polished and engaging facilitation ensured a seamless and enjoyable flow throughout the program. 👏
In this much-anticipated moment for all employees, a total of eight lucky winners were selected. While I, too, had quietly hoped for the best, my name was ultimately not called. 😂
With the buffet dinner that followed, the Town Hall Meeting—bringing all employees together in one place—came to a warm close, filled with shared laughter and lasting impressions. The spirit of the day will remain as a story we will continue to write together, guiding Cloocus through its next six years and toward even greater growth beyond.
