Cloocus and HashiCorp Signed a Partnership to Target Enterprise Acceleration through IaC

December 11, 2020-The consulting and managed service provider of Microsoft Azure which is an artificial intelligence cloud platform, Cloocus (www.cloocus.com, Steve Hong, CEO), and HashiCorp (www.hashicorp.com, Dave McJannet, CEO) who is a global multi-cloud infrastructure automation software specialist, have signed a strategic partnership to consult, implement and develop the service for Korean Market.
HashiCorp, ranked #4 on the Forbes 2020 Cloud 100, provides the open source productsTerraform®, VaultTM, Consul®, and NomadTM. In addition, the commercial version of these enhance the open source products and allow companies to deploy and operate cloud infrastructure across multiple providers and with on-premise systems.
In particular, Terraform, widely known as the open source version, provides an infrastructure environment as code, called IaC (Infrastructure as Code) to standardize provisioning and management workflow that were previously operated in many different ways, minimizing human errors and maximizing rapid deployment and scalability. This evolved solution has more than 160 providers to provision automatically, managing the workflow for cloud infrastructure.
As digital transformation has become the key to the survival and competitiveness of enterprises. Based on this wave, cloud adoption, led by major companies, is now becoming an irreversible trend. In addition, the cloud market is rapidly diversifying that different cloud services are used according to the workload of each department within the same company, and accordingly, the use of various clouds such as multi and hybrid is increasing, so the requirement for IT infrastructure management is increasing with a standardized cloud operation model.
