[Press] Cloocus Signs MOU with Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation for Google Cloud-Based AI Transformation

May 12, 2026 – Cloocus (www.cloocus.com), a cloud specialist focused on data and artificial intelligence (AI), announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation to drive AI transformation using Google Cloud’s Gemini.

The Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation operates food distribution infrastructure for Seoul citizens and plays a leading role in ensuring the safe distribution of agricultural and marine products through top-tier safety inspection systems.

This agreement was established to explore opportunities to upgrade the corporation’s information systems using AI services such as Google Cloud Gemini, and to build a foundation for the practical adoption of AI in the public sector work environment.

Under the MOU, the two organizations will collaborate in key areas including:

▲Strengthening AI capabilities of employees

Notably, Cloocus is the first Korean company to be registered in the Ministry of Science and ICT’s Digital Service Procurement System with Google Cloud-based AI and cloud services. This enables public and research institutions to more quickly evaluate and adopt Google Cloud services while reducing the burden of procurement procedures and leveraging validated digital services to efficiently implement AI.

As a Google Cloud partner, Cloocus will propose tailored cloud and AI adoption strategies that reflect the operational environment and requirements of the Seoul Agro-Fisheries & Food Corporation. It will also provide technical support, training, and advisory services through its team of specialists.
